Rights of Rescission
As a consumer, you can revoke your Paperball Premium membership contract, without giving reasons, by sending a written message (e.g. a letter or e-mail) within 14 days after concluding the contract. Any membership renewals for a period of longer than one month may be revoked within the first 7 days after renewing your membership at any time.
The cancellation period begins no earlier than the receipt of the Cancellation Policy. The cancellation message should be sent to Paperball. If you are making the cancellation by email or letter, please send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or to Paperball GmbH, Königsberger Str. 33, D-82391 Starnberg, Germany. The time of dispatch of the cancellation is sufficient for compliance with the cancellation period.
To do so, you may, but are not required to, use the attached sample form.
In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse any payments we received from you without delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We shall issue the refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you shall not be charged a fee for this refund under any circumstances.
